LMI guarantees you will receive our best efforts and attention before, during, and after your project is completed.  We guaranty the workmanship provided under this agreement shall be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of completion.  If any replacement part or item of equipment proves defective, LMI will extend to the Customer the benefits of any warranty LMI receives from the manufacturer. 

Labor to replace a defective part after 90 days will be at Customer’s expense and at the rates in effect.  The installation of new equipment will be warranted for 365 days from completion.  Replacement components are not warranted as new equipment. Exception Lamps, bulbs, and fluorescent tubes are guaranteed for 90 days. Exclusions include- improper use, damage by others, acts of God, power surges, and lightning.
