Clients also contact us at Service@LightingMaintenance.com. An email sent to this address carbon copies several key people at LMI, including the service department. All management personnel carry PDA’s and are reachable wherever they might be.

Smart Phones- LMI’s Service Technicians are equipped with Smart Phones. This enables the technician to contact you on the way to the site to insure access to the needed equipment and make timely repairs. LMI’s technicians are fully trained to use the Smart Phone’s camera function to take pictures of the job site repairs, and forward the pictures to you, if requested. In fact, some days we receive, dozens of photos from the field, many are printed and included with invoices to document the day’s work.
