LMI has operated directional drills for almost 15 years. Today we are on our fourth drill a Vermeer 2022, we have the capability to install conduits under parking lots and roadways without damaging the surface. Avoid the unsightly mess and years of headaches caused by trenching through a parking lot, drill it and forget it!
Consider utilizing an alternate method such as our directional boring service when open conventional trenching is not practical. To install conduit by directional drill a small insertion and exit point is needed to complete the run and install the conduit. Usually the insertion and exit points are in the new locations of pole bases, services, manholes, or pedestals so there is no other evidence that the conduit installation took place. Blocking off several large parking areas is not necessary because we only need two small work zones, one at the beginning and end of the installation.
