Welcome LMI’s Operations Manager William Black

William Small Mr. William Black has served in the Electrical Contracting Industry for over 15 years. Before joining Lighting Maintenance Inc. he served as Superintendent for multi-million dollar electrical contracts. Mr. Black holds his Master Electrical License in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The majority of his career has been spent in the MD, VA and DC market, working in a variety of project sectors, such as retail, commercial and residential. He has a straight forward business ethic with a hardworking attitude to get the job done while understanding customer needs and motivating his team.
